We want you to be happy with your HaiHealth experience. This policy outlines your options for refunds concerning our digital iridology credits and, in the future, any physical products we may offer.
We provide digital top-up credits for obtaining iridology diagnoses via our app. Credits are delivered to your account immediately upon purchase, and refunds for used credits are not available because the service has been fully provided.
Your refund eligibility depends on your credit usage:
If you have purchased credits but have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
If you have used some credits and have a remaining balance, you may request a partial refund for the unused portion. Each request is evaluated individually to ensure a fair outcome.
If all purchased credits have been used to obtain diagnoses, no refund is offered as the digital service has been completely delivered.
If our service fails due to a technical error or does not work as advertised, please contact us immediately. Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or corrective action (such as re-issuing your credits). This protection is provided under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (CPA) in Malaysia.
